How To Register for Gakuen Level K (Kindergarten)

(Registration for all other levels closed at this time)

For 2020-2021 school year

Please complete Registration and Medical Information & Consent/Release for each child.

1. Read ​- Please read through the information before proceeding.

2. Registration - May complete in one of the following ways:

                                  23535 Palomino Dr, Unit #527

                                  Diamond Bar, CA 91765

3. Medical Information & Consent/Release - May complete in one of the following ways:

                                  Diamond Bar, CA 91765

4. ESGVJCC Membership - If you are not yet a member of the ESGVJCC, please join their membership. Family membership is required in order for your child to participate in Gakuen.

5. Payment - Once we receive the registration paperwork, an invoice will be emailed to you. You may remit payment one of two ways:​

  • Online

    • Through a PayPal account, credit card, or debit card

  • Check​

    • Payable to ESGVJCC Gakuen with student name(s) on memo line

    • By mail to: ESGVJCC Gakuen
