2021-2022 school year registration is now OPEN!

 

Registration dates indicated in below calendar. One summer date (7/13/19).

*For new students, please complete steps 1-4.

      *For returning students, please complete steps 2-4.            

1. Read through the following information:

2. Download and complete registration forms below:

Consent & Release Form

3. Bring the completed forms (including the blank     Volunteer Duty form) with you to the Gakuen office    during school hours (9am-12:30pm).

4. Pay registration fee
