3.  Become an ESGVJCC Member - If you are not yet a member of the ESGVJCC, please join. Family membership is required in order for your child to participate in Gakuen. Membership must be renewed annually.

4. Submit payment - Once we receive the online registration, an invoice will be emailed to you from the Gakuen office manager. Payment may be remitted in one of following ways:​

• Online

  • Through a PayPal account, credit card, or debit card

• In-person during Gakuen hours (cash or check)​

  • Make check payable to ESGVJCC Gakuen with student name(s) on memo line
